According to this regulation, the following activities related to the collection of internal revenue of local bodies including procurement can also be carried out in public private partnership according to the provisions specified in this regulation:-
(a) Garbage disposal, its management and other utilization,
(b) Development of drinking water infrastructure, water supply and distribution,
(c) Irrigation,
(D) Construction, management and maintenance of physical infrastructure (e) Establishment, arrangement and continuity of health services, schools, community buildings, auditoriums, libraries, sports, facilities,
(f) Construction, management and operation of market infrastructure, management, operation and continuation of public toilets, sewerage, bus park management, bathrooms, parking facilities, slaughterhouses, cremation grounds, etc.
(G) Electricity production, management and distribution and wholesale purchase and distribution of electricity produced (h) Management, operation and continuity of public facilities including fire brigade, ambulance,
(i) Construction, management, operation and continuity of tourist areas (j) protection, promotion, development and management of areas of archaeological, religious and historical importance,
(k) Management of service charges, levies and tax collection in relation to infrastructures and other services that are being or will be established later,
(l) Construction, management, operation and continuation of industrial zones and special economic zones (D) Other activities that create employment locally and benefit the low-income groups,
(d) Any other actions deemed appropriate by the local body.
